Seawall Saga: Part 3: The Sign

The City of Eastlake just can't seem to take a a hint.  They posted this illegal sign at the Seawall the day before our scheduled Open Carry Fishing Trip, mentioned in an earlier blog post.
We found it funny that they have the time to put this shoddily assembled sign up, but don't have the time to make sure that the Seawall is clean and safe.

Our trip was a success though.  We had about 22 people come with our group.  Both young and old alike.  We came, we saw and we fished.

When we visited, there were 55 gallon drums of trash tipped over and garbage all over the place.  It was disgusting.  It seems that Eastlake has the same "anti-gun slum" mentality that Chicago and NYC share.

A cameraman from Fox 8 took footage of our demonstration and stated that it would be on the news.  I'm thinking they are waiting for a statement from the city before they air the story.

Here's my latest email to the law director:

Mr Klammer,

I have not heard back from you regarding the Eastlake Port Authority banning firearms at the Eastlake Fishing Pier.

However, I have noticed that there is a sign now posted in violation of ORC 9.68 that states "no firearms permitted on these premises".
I have attached a picture of the infringing sign to this email.
I would like to know:

1. Who posted this sign.
2. Under who's authority was this sign posted.

Thanks,

Bryan ******

Now we wait, again.
