Thanks again for the pleasant tone of your inquiry. As I understand, the notice was posted by the owner of the property. Neither the city nor the port authority own that property. It seems that by this sign, the owner is providing notice that firearms are not welcome on the premises. As it is not city property, I am closing the issue on my end.Joseph Randolph Klammer, Esq.
It's not enough that the Eastlake Port Authority explicitly claims control of the seawall area, now they're trying to play a shell game.
I'm sure he had "nothing" to with the sign being posted on the property either.
This is shenanigans by any other name.
